Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable minus the payment processing fee when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
If you need to cancel less than 90 days prior to your arrival, we will make your dates available and if we are able to rebook them, we will refund you the rebooked amount, less a 10% rebooking fee.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €516 is due.

Absolutely Perfect. We'll be back!
This was the perfect house for our family getaway. You can't beat the location and the onsite amenities -- front and back fire pits, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, ping pong, bocce, corn hole, board games, bikes, lots of seating areas inside and out.We were thankful for the early check in and the house was clean, open and functional. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Kitchen adequately stocked. You looked right out aty the Pacific Ocean and beaches, restaurants and entertain were all a walk or short drive away.West Cliff Drive is current under construction because storm damage so the road is closed to through traffic. That worked to our advantage because it basically became a public walkway and a safe way for our teens to bike and long board up and down the road.
Perfect for our group!
We really enjoyed our stay West Cliff! There was plenty of room for our group (7 adults and 2 children) with more room to spare. We easily could have fit more people in the house. I appreciated the location of the house - it was right on West Cliff Drive so we were able to walk to the local dog beach and also take the kids on scooter rides on the path with a great view of the beach. We were also within 5-10 minutes away (driving) to great restaurants, Natural Bridges beach and tide pools, and the boardwalk. Gia's communication was wonderful - she was easily reachable through text and sent me all of the information that we needed to make our long weekend vacation smooth. I highly recommend Coastwoods!

A wonderful place to celebrate my big birthday with friends and family. The personal touches were very thoughtful! Such a lovely home.
Everything you could ask for!
We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous - better than the photos. All of the amenities and outdoor activities provided by the property made the stay extra fun, especially for the kids. We will be staying again.
